Higher values reflect high user engagement, which is generally positive. However, it is important to consider that higher values may also suggest a need for improved user awareness of healthy sharing and resource management.

For instance, sharing only essential documents can lead to fewer actions, but ultimately reduces exposure to risk.

Access CertificationUsers kept their resources secure by ensuring that only users who needed access were allowed. A certification is when a user confirms the list of everyone who needs to be authorized.
Security Models AppliedSecurity models help ensure that resources are created according to a secure template defined by designated members of your organization.
ArchivingArchiving allows you to close the life cycle of a resource. Users archive teams and SharePoint sites from projects that are expired or inactive. Archiving supports deletion of all shares and access to files in these end-of-life resources.
