Certify Access

Revoke access for users who should no longer be part of the Team or SharePoint Site. This will make sure only users who need access to the information in the resource are members.

Simply select users you want to revoke, and follow the displayed steps.

Use the provided tags to guide your decisions. The possible tags are

  • Inactive: This account has been disabled
  • Owner: Owner of the resource. It cannot be deleted if the user is the last owner of the resource;
  • Channel owner: Owner of a private Team channel. It cannot be deleted if the user is the last owner of a private channel;
  • Guest: Once this guest is no longer an active collaborator, it is generally a good practice to revoke the access;
